About Us

More than 35 years committed to social development

About DYA

Development and Self-Management (DYA) is a regional non-governmental organization recognized for its technical excellence and commitment to social development and the promotion of human rights. With more than 35 years of experience, we work in Argentina, Peru, and Ecuador, collaborating closely with governments, community organizations, businesses, and other key actors to transform the lives of the most vulnerable communities.

Since our founding in July 1987 in Ecuador, we have been dedicated to improving the quality of life of girls, boys, adolescents, and their families. Throughout this time, we have addressed key areas such as education, health, prevention of child labor, humanitarian aid, and the rights of migrant persons.
