Noemí Project

Argentina

2021 – 2022 18 months Argentina – González Catán and Mar del Plata (Buenos Aires), Santa Fe, San Miguel de Tucumán. National intervention. US$ 3,300,000

Objective

To create the legal, social, and methodological conditions for developing work-based learning opportunities rooted in education (EWBT), enabling vulnerable youth to complete secondary education with relevant employment training.

  • Awareness-raising strategy to change perceptions about vulnerable youth and EWBT.
  • Research on good practices and barriers to EWBT implementation.
  • Development and implementation of pedagogical management methodologies in schools and workplaces.
  • Inter-institutional coordination for local work-based learning experiences.
